Our History
In 2009, the Bishop Parris Scholarship Fund (TBPSF) was established by the late Bishop Dr. George C. Parris, the founder of the Hebron Evangelical Fellowship Ministries Inc. His passion for education and commitment to empowering students led him to create this fund. Since its inception, the fund has been crucial in empowering students, providing financial support for individual students, education, and covering various educational expenses, including tuition, textbooks, and student loans.
