About Us
Founded in 2009 by the late Bishop George C. Parris, visionary founder of Hebron Evangelical Fellowship Ministries Inc., The Bishop Parris Scholarship Fund (TBPSF) was created out of his conviction that education is a pathway to opportunity, empowerment, and generational transformation.
Bishop Parris firmly believed that every student deserves access to quality education, regardless of financial background. Since its establishment, TBPSF has played a vital role in supporting students academically and financially, enabling them to pursue their dreams through scholarships that assist with:
Tuition and enrollment fees
Textbooks and educational materials
Student loan assistance
Other approved educational expenses
For more than a decade, the fund has helped close financial gaps for students—allowing them to continue their educational journey with confidence, dignity, and hope.
